• Create your account. Sign up with your email address or continue with Google. You will be asked to verify your email before you can message breeders or list animals.
• Complete your profile. Add a profile photo, your location, and a short bio. A complete profile builds trust and helps breeders feel confident about who they are communicating with.
• Browse the marketplace. Use our category filters, location search, and breed selector to find the perfect companion. Save listings to your favorites for easy access later.
• Start a conversation. Found an animal you love? Use the secure messaging system to reach out to the breeder directly. Ask about health history, temperament, and availability.

For Buyers

Buying a pet is a big decision. We have built tools to help you find a healthy animal from a trustworthy source.

• Search and filter. Narrow results by species, breed, age, location, and price range. Sort by newest listings, closest distance, or most popular.
• Review breeder profiles. Check a breeder's verification status, reviews from past buyers, and how long they have been active on the platform.
• Contact breeders securely. All messages are routed through our platform so your personal contact details stay private until you choose to share them.
• Arrange a visit. We strongly encourage meeting the animal and the breeder in person before making any commitment. Responsible breeders welcome visits.
• Complete your purchase. Once you and the breeder agree on terms, you can finalize the transaction. Always request a written health guarantee and vaccination records.

For Sellers

Pets & Plus is built for responsible breeders who prioritize animal welfare. Here is how to list your animals and connect with qualified buyers.

• Create a listing. Upload clear, well-lit photos of the animal. Include breed, age, health information, temperament notes, and your asking price. Detailed listings attract serious buyers.
• Get verified. Apply for breeder verification to earn a trust badge on your profile. Verified breeders receive more inquiries and appear higher in search results.
• Manage inquiries. Respond to buyer messages promptly through the platform. You can view buyer profiles to assess whether they will provide a good home for your animals.
• Keep listings updated. Mark animals as reserved or sold promptly to avoid disappointing interested buyers. You can relist if a sale falls through.

Account & Billing

• Update your profile. Go to your account settings to change your name, email, location, password, or profile photo at any time.
• Payment methods. Add or update your payment method from the billing section. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
• Subscription plans. Breeders can choose between a free basic plan and a premium plan that includes featured listings, priority placement, and advanced analytics.
• Refunds and disputes. If you experience an issue with a transaction, contact our support team within 14 days. We review all disputes on a case-by-case basis.
